Celebrity's favorite cosmetics. Star cosmetics bag by guest editor Valeria What are your favorite cosmetic brands?

Guest editor of HELLO.RU, singer Valeria continues to blog on our website. Last time Valeria shared unknown facts about herself, and today she opened her cosmetics bag for readers. In a new column, Valeria explained which care products help her look fresh and rested even after hours of flights and energy-consuming social events.

At home, as on tour, I stick to the same facial care regimen. I start cleansing with cleanser. For many years I have been using a foaming gel from the same company, which gives my facial skin a feeling of freshness. Then I apply toner to cleansed skin, followed by serum and moisturizer. I repeat this ritual twice a day, morning and evening.

I usually learn the subtleties of choosing the right cosmetics from professional makeup artists. I don't need to go to the store and choose something from a huge variety of products. As a rule, in a store you cannot always figure out which company suits you best. And when you work with makeup artists, there is always the opportunity to take note of something.

When it comes to decorative cosmetics, I require the standard minimum. I have good skin, I don’t need to hide or cover up anything. To simply add some color to my skin, I use a very light foundation with a completely undetectable base. For the eyes, I use mascara and a soft black pencil. I highlight my lips with a pencil of a natural color, and sometimes I apply a soft gloss-balm that moisturizes and nourishes the skin of my lips.

Facial care on tour is no different from usual. When I travel, I try to take only the essentials, but if I’m planning a tour for a long time, I definitely take moisturizing masks with me.

I rarely visit a cosmetologist. But when you are incredibly tired and there is no time to pamper yourself, of course, it’s nice to come to a cosmetologist and relax while they give you a relaxing massage of your face and neck.

Perhaps the main secret is simple: sleep. In order to get rid of signs of fatigue, the first thing I do is simply get a good night's sleep. Only then can I take some cosmetic measures. And in cases where you need to quickly get in shape, more effective procedures help active action, such as mesotherapy, for example, or radio frequency lifting.

This miracle product copes well with inflammation and always helps out my skin at the most important moments. I still can’t do without the skin care complex from Zein OBAGI - it includes moisturizing, nourishing and cleansing products. Cleansing wipes, for example, are ideal for daily care - the skin simply glows after using them. And the cleansing lotion and creams are generally the best I’ve ever tried.”

“For beauty treatments, I always go to my favorite cosmetologist Maria Shurova, and in this matter I don’t trust anyone else. Yulianna Karaulova, performer of the hits “Extraorbital” and “Sea,” shared her beauty secrets with SUNMAG, and also told why she doesn’t go on diets, but regularly wrinkles her sides.

Diet

I eat whatever I like and want. I just do it in moderate doses and by the hour. This approach is the most effective for maintaining slimness. I also try to adhere to the well-known rule - not to fill your stomach before bed. In general, the last meal at this time of day should be not two, as many believe, but four hours before the head touches the pillow. Plus, after five or six o’clock in the evening I strictly limit myself in consuming fatty, sweet and even fruits. There are exceptions when I go to dinner with friends or family. The main thing is not to deal with such stories often. The key to my successful day and Have a good mood- breakfast. It should be dense, as it charges with energy for a long time. In the morning I can allow myself anything, including chocolates and sweets.

Sport

Physical activity is an integral part of my life. Without movement, no diet with proper nutrition will not help you maintain a beautiful figure. The main thing is to remember about the stability of your studies! If you work hard once every two weeks, the result will be almost zero. But you will definitely feel the pain from muscle overstrain. It is better to pay attention to fitness regularly, but such heroes are few. I don’t always do this either - laziness outweighs. And I’m always late for something in the morning. But I manage to train in the gym several times a week for a couple of hours. Every two months I go to a specialist for a modeling massage and knead my sides. It perfectly shapes all problem areas.

Cosmetology

I have two main commandments when it comes to facial care: be sure to wash off your makeup before going to bed and choose the right moisturizer. With my sensitive skin prone to allergic reactions, the rules must be strictly adhered to. Nowadays, all the necessary products can be easily bought in the store - eco-masks, micellar water with added silver, and so on. But there is one “grandmother’s” recipe that I have been practicing for a long time. I buy chamomile at the pharmacy, brew it, pour the infusion into an ice tray and put it in the freezer. In the morning I wipe my face with cold cubes - it feels invigorating and beneficial. Grandfathers and grandmothers did not lie when they talked about the calming effect of this plant.

Hair

Daily filming involves constant interaction of hair with curling irons, straighteners, hair dryers, and various styling chemicals. After such an “onslaught” they have a hard time. I treat them with various masks, for example, I apply the third phase of Olaplex at night. When it comes to shampoos, my favorite brands are Alterna, Oribe and Davines. They are quite expensive, but believe me, it's worth it. I know that it is useful to exfoliate the scalp at least once a month to speed up the rate of hair growth. But, unfortunately, it doesn’t always work out.

Aroma

I have an impressive collection of perfumes. I can use new ones every day. It all depends on the mood and occasion. IN Everyday life I prefer to smell with light citrus and herbal notes. When it comes to evening outings, my all-time favorite is Le Labo Santal 33. I absolutely love its woody-fougere scent. Those who are familiar with this pronounced, incomparable aroma will recognize it instantly, and those who are not are always asked to suggest the label and name.

Makeup

As a schoolgirl, I never wore makeup. Wasted time. I thought it was better to sleep an extra thirty minutes than to hang out in front of the mirror. The first time I came with painted eyelashes was in the tenth grade, those around me were very surprised. Now, in principle, nothing has changed - I won’t reach into my makeup bag unless I really need to. But the profession requires you to look good 24/7, so the standard set is complete. It includes highlighter, lip balm, eyebrow gel, mascara and tint. When a social occasion is planned, Lime Crime lipstick, Sasha shade, and shadows are added. I love cream ones, from the English brand Becca, they can be used as a base before applying other shades and for their intended purpose.

The amount of cosmetics in the dressing rooms is simply mesmerizing...
